HOW DO I DELETE MY ACCOUNT?

  • From the calendar screen, click on your profile in the top right 
  • Click on the gear icon 
  • Click delete account in red at the bottom of your settings
  • Click Delete on the pop up screen
  • Please note: all your data will be deleted with your account, and any partner accounts will remain until the end of the billing cycle, but they will not have access to any of your data

HOW DO I REMOVE MY PARTNER FROM MY ACCOUNT?

From the calendar screen, click on your profile in the top right
  • Click on your partner’s name and email under the “My Partner” section
  • Select Delete partner 
  • Click Delete on the pop up screen

HOW DO I CHANGE MY PASSWORD?

  • Click on the gear icon (insert image for web FAQs)
  • Enter your current password, a new password, and re-enter your new password
  • Click save

HOW DO I cancel my subscription?

Locate and tap on the "Settings" app on your iOS device's home screen. The Settings app icon resembles a gear.
  • Tap on your Apple ID at the top of the screen. A pop-up menu will appear.
  • Scroll down to the "Subscriptions" section and tap on it. Here, you will see a list of all your active and expired subscriptions associated with your Apple ID.
  • Find and tap on the Labour the App subscription you want to cancel. This will open the subscription details.
  • On the next screen, you will see options related to your subscription. Look for the "Cancel Subscription" option, usually at the bottom. Tap on it.
  • A pop-up will appear asking you to confirm the cancellation. Confirm that you want to cancel the subscription.
  • After confirming, the subscription status will be updated, indicating that it has been canceled. You will retain access to the subscription benefits until the current billing period ends.

HOW MUCH DOES LABOUR THE APP COST?

Labour the App has a monthly or annual subscription fee following a two week free trial. This keeps your app experience free from advertisements. There are two subscription types: monthly and annual. Both subscriptions include access for you and a partner. The subscription costs are: 
  • A monthly subscription is $8.99 
  • An annual subscription is $89.99

WHat is included in my subscription?

A subscription for Labour the App includes all app features: calendars for trying to conceive, pregnancy, and postpartum, checklists, medically reviewed articles, and curated shopping for each phase of the journey

WHAT IS THE SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATION POLICY?

You must make changes or cancel your subscription 24 hours before the end of a free trial or subscription period.

WHAT DEVICES AND PLATFORMS ARE SUPPORTED?

Currently, Labour the App is only available on iPhone.
